GOAL SETTING
We use only 5% of God's given potential, 95% of them is not used. Why not tap the 95% of our Creative Intelligence and achieve our desired goals.Because of our creative imagination our goals are limitless. You have to commit to your goals. If you don't have a goal , your life will be a failure. You are a goal seeking Organism. You can create your opportunity and you can do it anytime.you have to help yourself to achieve your goals.
The only way to reach the top is to have a goal.In order for goals to be effective they need to be big, because big goals create excitement once you accomplish. There is no excitement in mediocrity. The excitement comes when you are at your best. You need to see your life as something big and exciting .The only way to do that is through setting goals.Make a commitment and put it in writing. You have to crystalize your thinking so that you will be able to establish an exact direction for your own life.Goals must be realistic and achieveable.Goals must also include personality changes. Once you set goals and start to achieve them you will become successful.
Don't have a goal that is so vague that you can't tell, whether you have accomplished it or not.Have a clear statement of your goals.Write them down.Put deadlines on your goals. Have Short term, Intermediate and Long term goals. When you put them on paper they become tangible and you feel more inclined to do them.As you accomplish your goals, add more ambitious goals to your list.Your goals should be clear and definite.
Napolean Hill in his book 'Think and Grow Rich' says that your thinking should be crystal clear. You should know your goals. The purpose of those goals.Make a plan how you are going to achieve them.Be persistent and determined. And finally a burning passion and desire to achieve them.
You should give a definite period of time within which to accomplish those goals . Successful people are successful because they see themselves as successful.

VISUALISATION
Visualisation plays a very important role with the
mind and body relationship. Visualisation and Imagination are quite
similiar. Visualisation is the picturing power of your mind.Your mind
is like a camera constantly taking pictures of things around you.
You are the star of your show. There is no one to give orders to your
mind. The images you hold in your mind will determine the kind of
life you will lead. When you first start to work with visualisation
it is normally the imagination that comes to play.Visualisation takes
time and practise to acquire. When working with visualisation it is
important that one practises regularly. Try to practise at the same
time each day, by doing that it becomes a habit.
Through visualisation you can keep your mind in order. You can control
your feelings, emotions and thoughts. Visualisation is a great secret
for success. Success means achievement. When you set goals visualise
in your screen of your mind that you have already achieved those goals.
Visualise in a relaxed state, the Images will be more vivid and you
will find your own subconscious mind throwing up images which will
appeal to you. Keep your goals constantly in your mind.
When visualising close your eyes.Sit comfortably and
relaxed.First relax your whole body from the top of your head to the
bottom of your feet.Let all the tension in your muscle, joints and
body be released. By doing so your brain can work better. Now bring
back to your mind those things which you want to achieve. Visualise
yourself doing, enjoying, being, having the thing you want. Feel yourself
enjoying it. Hold the picture closely in your mind. Let the things
you want to achieve run through your mind like a movie. If you want
to have a million dollar you can. All you have to do is to visualise
in your screen of your mind. Feel the money in your hand, see it, hold
it and enjoy it. Let the goal be in your mind all the time. Feel that
you have already earned the million dollar. Once you do that it becomes
easier and you can achieve your dreams.

SELF
CONFIDENCE
Self Confidence is determined by the level of achievement, Self
Esteem and Sense of Belonging. The three works like a triangle. They
are closely related to each other. Your Self Esteem is determined
by your Achievement and Sense of belonging. If one is missing your
life is not fulfilled.
Achievement takes many forms. It can be tangible or intangible. It
can be setting your own website.Getting your personal Sales Targets.Helping
others to achieve their goals. It is anything that gives pride in any
personal act
or acquired knowledge no matter how simple it is. Anything which makes
you good and comfortable.
Belonging is very crucial in the Confidence Triangle.A sense of not
belonging especially to those who matter to us destroys our Confidence
utterly because it is the reaction of others which moulds, confirms
and maintain our Self Image. Most juvenile and adult problems are
caused by a deep sense of not belonging to anyone or anything. Other
people's
attention, recognition, praise, affection and love are life lines to
your endeavours reinforcing who you are and giving you the reason
to continue in your life.
Self Esteem is the opinion you have of yourselves. If you believe you
are wonderful you have a high self esteem and if you think you are
worthless you carry a low self esteem which not only affects your
potential but also the reactions of others.
With no Confidence and Low Self Esteem you appear either negative
to other people or friendly to mask your feelings of inadequacy. Confidence
has to do lots with our relationships with other people. You don't
want to feel inferior to anyone. When you go to work you want to fulfill
your potential. You don't want to be bullied by your workmates or superiors.
You want to contribute as much as you can.
A smile is the magnet that can change the response of other people
around you. If you are cheerful and friendly it is difficult for some
one else to be miserable towards you.
Prof. William James the most famous American Psychologist wrote
"Action seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling
go together, and by regulating the action, which is under the more
direct control of the will, we can indirectly regulate the feeling
which is not. So to feel brave act as if you were brave, use all of
your will to that end, and a courage fit will very likely replace
the fit of fear.
Teddy Roosevelt confessed that he conquered his fear of Grizzly Bears, mean
Horses and Gun fighters by that method. So you can do the same way.
